Membership

There are many ways to help the Tennessee Parks and Greenways Foundation protect Tennessee’s natural treasures. However, one of the simplest and best methods is by becoming a “Member.” By making a donation to the Foundation, you automatically become a member. You have the option to designate your contribution for a specific project, as a memorial or honorarium for someone special, or to be used where it's needed most. Donations can be paid by cash, check, credit card, monthly bank draft, or through our secure PayPal account.  

Benefits of Membership

A thank you note; our annual report; invitations to special hikes, dedications, and our annual donor appreciation event; a once-a-year membership renewal letter; and hopefully the satisfaction of knowing your dollars are being put toward conservation of Tennessee treasures are your only membership benefits.  In addition:

• You will join with more than 1,050 others who care about Tennessee’s land. Together we can accomplish great things we could not do alone!

• Our members are partners in every project: land protection, wildlife areas, trails and more.

• All your money stays in Tennessee to protect our land, our home.

• Your membership gift is tax-deductible.

We have made a conscious decision to limit the correspondence, newsletters and additional requests you receive.  We want to direct your dollars towards “on-the-ground” projects – not on additional mailings, calendars, books, or tote bags.  Do you agree with this approach?  Let us know what you think.  We’d love to hear from you!

Privacy Policy

The Tennessee Parks and Greenways Foundation does not sell or otherwise disclose donor information outside the organization. This policy has no exceptions: your information is not sold to or exchanged with any other organization, public, private, or non-profit. If the Foundation partners with other organizations, we may mail you information about those programs, but we do not give your information to those partner organizations.
